
Lisa Fish has been involved with EMS for 32 years, Serving most of those years as a critical care tech, and recently, within the last year of becoming a paramedic. In those 32 years she has held main leadership positions in several squads and has served as President of the Board for 2 squads.  For several years. She has watched EMS grow from all volunteer to a mostly paid career in the North Country. She also serves as a representative for Essex County on Mountain Lakes EMS Council. She is faculty and instructor for the  AHA disciplines for CVPH and ECH, works for 4 other EMS squads, and currently serves as one of the QAQI liaisons for ECH, where she has been employed for several years. She has a strong interest in Peer Support and Provider Wellness programs.
